"I've found my authentic voice. I trust my intuition far more now and this has almost extinguished my need for outside validation."

Ginny J.

"Came in quite anxious and unsettled; now operating from a place of alignment. I feel centered in myself, yet also a part of the whole."

Ella R.

"So many triggers don't affect me as severely as they used to, and ironically, I'm also more comfortable with silence."

Kim R.

The Invitation

You are the one who notices what the room needs. The one people call. The one who has read the books, done the therapy and can explain your own patterns better than most people could.

And somewhere in all of that, you started leaving yourself in small ways. The yes that should have been a no. The rest you kept postponing until the list was shorter. The feeling you moved past because there was not time to have it. None of that is a character flaw. It is what happens when a person learns early that being needed is safer than being known.

Inside Beautiful Souls this fall, we practice something steadier than self-care and more lasting than self-love. Not a bath. Not a feeling you are trying to talk yourself into. A commitment you keep on the ordinary days, when nothing about it feels remarkable.

This is the practice of self-devotion. Devotion is what love looks like once it has agreed to be non-negotiable.

About Joel

Joel Cross

Joel Cross is a Grammy-nominated musician, consciousness teacher and the founder of Beautiful Souls Community. He integrates the science of perception with ancient wisdom traditions: meditation, sound healing, somatic practice and the R.I.S.E. framework. All of it built into a daily rhythm designed to help you come home to yourself.

The Season Curriculum

The Two Movements

Movement 1: Weeks 1โ€“4

Calling Your Energy Back

You have been sending yourself out in a hundred directions. These four weeks find where that energy has been going and bring it home before the cold comes.

Week 1: What Devotion Asks of You

Devotion is not a feeling and it is not a good week. It is what love looks like once it has agreed to be non-negotiable. The season opens on the equinox, the last balanced day of the year.

Week 2: Where You Still Leave Yourself

The yes that should have been a no. The rest you keep postponing. Not a list of failures. A map of where your energy is still going out to things that will not carry you through.

Week 3: More Than Self-Care

Self-care is something you reach for when you are already depleted. Devotion is the commitment underneath it.

Week 4: The Most Generous Thing You Do

Turning toward yourself is not what you do instead of showing up for the people you love. It is what makes showing up possible at all.

Integration (Weeks 5โ€“6): Slow Enough to Feel It. Lighter practice, at a speed that lets you feel what the first four weeks moved.

Movement 2: Weeks 7โ€“10

What It Takes to Stay

Calling your energy back is the first half. Keeping it there is the harder one. What a devoted life actually asks of you on an ordinary Tuesday.

Week 7: What You Need, Without the Apology

Most of us already know what we need. What we do not have is permission to want it without paying for the wanting.

Week 8: Loyal When It Costs You

Staying true to your own values and boundaries on the day it is expensive. Not loyalty in the abstract. Loyalty under pressure.

Week 9: Kind to Yourself in the Hard Weeks

Forgiving your own mistakes and speaking to yourself with warmth when things are difficult.

Week 10: Growing Where It Cannot Be Seen

The deepest growth happens where nobody is watching. Roots keep working long after the canopy has gone quiet.

Integration (Weeks 11โ€“12): Held, By You. Winter registration opens inside this window, so new arrivals meet the softer weeks first.

Winter Solstice Closing (Week 13). The season lands. Carrying the practice into the new year.

The Weekly Rhythm of Transformation

The Beautiful Souls Community's daily 30-minute practice follows a consistent weekly rhythm, guiding members through different modalities to create a reliable structure for personal growth.

Mon & Tue

Arrive & Explore

Begin the week with guided meditation to establish presence and deepen into the weekly theme.

Wednesday

Embody

Integrate the teaching into the body through somatic practices like Yoga or Qigong.

Thursday

Reflect

Process insights and make the theme personal through guided journaling and written inquiry.

Friday

Claim

Anchor the week's transformation through mantra and affirmation work, declaring your truth.

Weekends

Integrate & Release

Settle in with silent contemplation, share in community circles, and reset with a healing sound bath.

"The practice isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to who you've always been."

Common Questions

Everything You Need to Know

We gather every morning from 7:30โ€“8:00 AM Central Time, seven days a week. Each session is 30 minutes. Short enough to fit into your morning, deep enough to shift your day.

Life happens, and we get it. All sessions are recorded and available in the Community Archive. You can access past meditations, workshops, and sound baths anytime at your own pace while still feeling held by the collective energy of our practice.

Monday and Tuesday are guided meditation. Wednesday is somatic practice, alternating between Qigong and Yoga. Thursday is guided journaling. Friday is affirmation and mantra work. Saturday includes silent contemplation plus a sharing circle or workshop at 9 AM Central. Sunday is a healing sound bath.

Saturday Sharing Circles (9:00โ€“10:00 AM Central) are intimate group coaching sessions where members reflect and share openly. Monthly workshops are deeper dives taught by Joel, the BSC team and community members with specialized expertise. Typically the second Saturday of each month.

Our private social network includes a Chat Circle for open conversation, direct messaging to connect one-on-one, and Meetups to see the full event schedule. Many members say the relationships formed here are among the most meaningful in their lives.

On your browser, go to asoulcalledjoel.com and click "Login." On mobile, download the Kajabi app from your app store. Use the same email you signed up with, and you'll find the Online Community and Community Archive in your library.

Absolutely. You can cancel directly from your account settings under Billing Info. You'll maintain full access through the end of your current billing cycle. We want this to feel right for you. No pressure, no hassle.

Welcome home. Start by joining any morning practice at 7:30 AM Central to feel the community energy. Then introduce yourself in the Chat Circle. We'd love to meet you. There's no catching up to do; you begin exactly where you are.
