My real name is Joel Cross. I'm a creative from Texas with a heart just as big. I love nature, music, writing, and mindfulness. Over the years, I've created unique tools and practices that have allowed me to live a life of greater authenticity and fulfillment than I ever thought possible. Now I help others do the same.
