Sybille Heyms

Meditation

Sybille Heyms is an integral coach, teacher, and guide with over 15 years of experience, complemented by 25+ years in law. Her practice centers on guiding individuals toward inner peace, authentic expression, and self-discovery. Through meditation, she creates spaces for experiencing inner stillness and heart-centered awareness. Sybille believes that connecting with emotions, voice, present moment awareness, mental clarity, and physical embodiment are foundational elements for personal empowerment and living with purpose.

Naima Mire

Yoga

Naima Mire is a yoga facilitator and mindfulness coach with a practice centered on guiding individuals toward embodied awareness and healing through intentional movement. Following a transformative hip injury that introduced her to yoga, she discovered the profound connection between breath, body, and mind—a wisdom she now shares with others. Specializing in Yin, Restorative, and Hatha yoga, Naima creates accessible environments where participants explore movement at their own pace. As a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher with certifications in meditation and life coaching, she weaves mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, and gentle humor into her teaching. Beyond her formal practice, Naima brings creativity and warmth to her work as a poet, storyteller, and comedian, creating spaces for authentic expression and resilience.

Sharlene Dunk

Qigong

Sharlene is a certified wellness practitioner with diverse expertise spanning Radiant Lotus Qigong, Relaxation Therapy, Intuitive Energy Healing, Reiki, Crystal & Sound Therapy, and Natural Health Consultation. Prior to 2020, she operated a wellness-focused retail establishment offering mindfulness tools and meditation resources, while hosting regular meditation sessions and educational workshops. Today, she extends these services both in-person and online to individuals and groups through her 'Heart's Song' and passion project, Dragon Song Grove.Her mission centers on empowering individuals with practical knowledge and awareness tools for their personal wellness journeys.

Ella Rhoades

Moderator

Ella is a community support specialist and meditation moderator who facilitates Saturday meditation sessions and the Beautiful Souls Sharing Circle. With a diverse background in therapeutic recreation, horticulture, and mosaic art facilitation within healthcare settings, she brings a unique perspective to wellness and creative expression. Drawing inspiration from coastal environments and the inherent beauty of all living beings, Ella's passion lies in guiding individuals to harness their creative potential as a transformative pathway toward healing, vitality, and holistic wellness. Her approach centers on creating welcoming spaces where authentic connection and artistic exploration flourish, and she carries a genuine joy in witnessing each person's journey toward wholeness. Above all, she is deeply grateful for every soul who joins this shared path of discovery and healing.

La'Shawn Denise

La’Shawn Denise is a compassionate presence with over two decades of experience rooted in care, connection, and service. With a background as a classroom teacher, ESL instructor, and in roles within healthcare and travel, she brings a calm presence and a natural ability to help others feel truly heard and supported. Her professional journey has touched the fields of education, wellness, and community programming, always centered on uplifting others through empathy and thoughtful communication.

Known for her warmth and quiet intuition, La’Shawn has a natural gift for bringing people together and connecting them with others who can support their growth. She finds healing and joy in everyday practices such as tending to her garden, taking daily walks, and watching sunrises.  A passionate advocate for solo travel and the empowerment it brings, she brings warmth, presence, and gentle humor into every space she enters.
