Our community offers the supportive environment where you can safely explore the landscape of your heart, cultivate greater presence, and integrate these practices into your everyday life. Together, we create space for authentic expression, meaningful connection, and transformative growth.

Current Season

Summer 2026: The Practice of Being Seen

Block 1: Becoming Visible to Yourself

The First Mirror: How You First Learned What It Meant to Be Seen

Primary attachment. The eyes of your earliest caregivers, and what they first taught you about being seen, or not seen.

The Selves You Tucked Away

The parts you learned to hide to be loved, to stay safe, to keep the peace.

Seen, Not Solved

Receiving yourself as you are without the reflex to repair, improve, or become someone else first.

Personal Presence

Staying present with your own gaze when the impulse is to turn from what you see.

Integration

Integration: Meeting Yourself Softly

Lighter pacing. The interior work settles before the outward practice begins.

Block 2: Becoming Visible to Life

The Longing To Be Known

The quiet hunger under the hiding, honored as sacred rather than solved.

What The Body Knows About Being Seen

The somatic experience of being witnessed. What the body does when another pair of eyes is in the room.

Play as Visibility

Joy, playfulness, and the unguarded self as a form of showing up.

Taking Up Space

The permission to be a full-sized person in your own life.

Integration & Equinox Closing

Integration: At Home In Being Seen

Lighter pacing. The season lands. Fall registration opens during this window so new members meet the season in its softer weeks.

Autumn Equinox Closing

Celebration. Wholeness. Carrying the practice forward.
