Current Season

Spring 2026 โ€” The Architecture of Attention

From Perception to Wholeness  ยท  March 23 โ€“ June 21, 2026

Movement 1 โ€” The Architecture of Attention (Weeks 1โ€“4)

The Troxler Effect: What Fades From Awareness

A live visual demonstration โ€” then the discovery that the same neural mechanism operates in emotional life. Where you place your attention determines what you perceive.

The Zeigarnik Effect: Wired for Completion

Your mind won't release what's incomplete. The 3 AM loops aren't weakness โ€” they're your biology reaching for wholeness.

Filling-In: The Stories Your Brain Builds

Your brain never leaves a gap unfilled. The question is: what are you training it to fill gaps with?

Coming Home: Touching Your Inner Knowing

Beneath all the fading, the looping, and the filling โ€” there is a place in you that has never been damaged by any of it. Your essence. Your heart's knowing.

Integration (Weeks 5โ€“6)

Integration โ€” Rest & Absorb

Lighter practice. Space to integrate the first movement's teachings into daily life. Let the body lead.

Integration โ€” Embodiment

Continuing to soften, absorb, and embody. Practices that support integration rather than introduction.

Movement 2 โ€” The Practice of Emotional Evolution (Weeks 7โ€“10)

The Sacred Pause: Interrupting the Machinery

Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lives your freedom.

Conscious Story-Making: Rewriting the Fill

Not positive thinking. Not bypassing. Evolution. "This is painful AND I am growing through it." The AND is the key.

Completing the Loop: Working with What Won't Fade

The question isn't how to make the rumination stop. It's what this incompleteness is trying to complete.

The Ripple: Coherence, Sensitivity & the Field

Your sensitivity is not a flaw to manage. It is a refined instrument to calibrate. Your coherence changes the field around you.

Integration & Closing (Weeks 11โ€“13)

Integration โ€” Rest & Absorb

Lighter practice. Space to embody the full arc of the season before closing.

Integration โ€” Embodiment

Continued softening and embodiment. Practices that support presence and wholeness.

Summer Solstice Closing โ€” Celebration & Wholeness

Celebration of the full journey. Carrying the teachings forward into summer. Season closes June 21 on the Summer Solstice.
